Virtual Visits

Save time and gas by seeing an Essential Member Service Specialist virtually.  Choose a time and date that's convenient for you and get the same great one-on-one service no matter where you are.  

To get started:

  • Click Schedule a Visit
  • Pick a day and time that fits your schedule
  • Click the link emailed to you at the time of your appointment

You will receive a confirmation email as well as the link to be used to access your virtual visit. Visits can be attended using any smart device or a computer that can access Zoom. For mobile devices, you will need to download the Zoom app.
